Every student starts with a baseline assessment. From there, we build a plan specific to your timeline, weaknesses, and score goal — not a template.
The process
Five steps from baseline to exam-ready.
01
Baseline assessment
Diagnostic NBME + intake form to understand your current level, timeline, and study habits. We assess your weak systems, daily availability, and resource familiarity before building anything.
Week 1
02
Personalized study plan
Custom day-by-day schedule with resource assignments, UWorld blocks, NBME milestone dates, and system-specific review periods. Delivered as an Excel planner and PDF summary within 24 hours of intake.
Week 1–2
03
Weekly mentorship sessions
Review your progress, adjust the plan based on NBME trajectory, and drill your most persistent weak areas together. Sessions are focused — no generic advice, only targeted interventions for your specific errors.

04
Error log & analysis
Every wrong answer is categorized by error type: content gap, reasoning failure, distractor trap, or timing issue. Fixes are specific to the pattern — not "review cardiology," but "review HFpEF management criteria and compare with HFrEF."

05
Final push & exam readiness
Two-week intensive: full NBMEs under timed conditions, block review sessions, strategy calibration, and confidence building. We simulate exam-day pressure to eliminate surprises on test day.
